Offer day for the schools in the Greater Manchester Consortium was yesterday, how did everyone get on?

Offers from the three we applied for, Withington Girls, Man High and Stockport Grammar School, one with scholarship and two without....now weighing it all up and finding the process quite stressful! How about you OP?

Im not sure actually because although it is quite alluring to be offered it, it wasn’t actually out first choice school. I think we are going to visit two again and then choose. Obviously financially it does help. Which are you going for?

She really liked Man High so probably that is her first choice but it's logistically a lot harder for us...so just working out if it's worth the financial saving and extra travel etc. Also we have another DC at another school (2 years overlap in terms of them both being in seniors). That complicates things!
