What's going on with Pembridge Hall

I don't think we will pick Pembridge Hall, but given we already applied and paid the registration fee, we do expect a minimum level of communication.

After registering and paid, there was only an automated email saying it is rolling basis and we should expect a response in 2-3 months, but absolutely nothing from them for half a year. Then I sent an email asking, the lady said I didn't get a response due to a "technical glitch" --> she missed it and forgot to contact us. After that, not a single communication despite I chased again inquiring the status. Is this how registration supposed to work? You just pay for registration and then a complete blackhole without any communication whatsoever.

if you have never received confirmation of your registration, or your place on the waitlist (you would know by now if you got an offer) then that is worth chasing - a phone call sometimes more effective than email at certain schools, or when they aren't answering your questions.

but if you don't want the place, then why not let it go and put your energy in to a school that you do want?
