Any personal experiences of this school?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I’m British, and my DCs were born in the UK, but we’ve been living overseas the past few years. We will be coming back to the U.K. in the near future, but can’t conduct any school visits to scope them out like we usually would! We need to have a school picked in order to trigger the education allowance we’ll get via DH’s work.
Choosing a school without being able to go and visit in person feels really weird!

I know several people who work there - all lovely and excellent teachers. But don't know the school itself at all.

It's a fully independent/standalone prep which is becoming a rarity in the area, although it seems to be doing very well numbers wise.

In the same area, there's also Winchester House which is linked to Stowe so has perhaps more financial stability and an all through option if you wanted it.

We did also look at Winchester House, but then found out it is not on the list approved for our education allowance provided via DH’s work.
And there’s no way we’d be able to swing the fees for 3 DC’s without that help unfortunately!

Beachborough is now partnered with Bloxham as a senior route which is interesting.

It's an 'educational partnership' apparently. No financial support from Bloxham and therefore no pressure on Beachborough to push pupils that way (although the majority do go to either Bloxham or Stowe anyway).

But yes, it could be a first step into a bigger link. I don't think Beachborough want that unless it becomes financially essential though.

Interesting!

Senior school isn’t really on my radar right now just because we live a very “fly by the seat of your pants” life because of DH’s job!
We move around a lot!
