Hi all! Our kids are still in primary but we'd love for them to go to Kings Ely with entry in Y7. Slightly confused about entrance exams - the website says it's 'selective but not elitist'. Some online sources say the entrance exam is really hard, some say it's hardly a selective school at all. Does anyone know how it works? How selective is the school really? Is the exam hard, and if so do people prepare in advance? Total newbie and would appreciate some insight/advice?
