Horsham primary schools - can anyone help me?

We are moving to Horsham imminently and will be transferring dd to a new primary school. We are considering North Heath Lane or Trafalgar (if we get in). Am wondering, however, what Greenway School (the follow-on school after Trafalgar) is like? It's ofsted report is decidedly average, but I wondered what the word on the street was? If anyone has any experience or opinions of these schools, I'd be delighted to hear them! We have visited North Heath and liked it - however, we would be much closer to Trafalgar and Greenway.

Oh gosh - speedy replies! Many thanks My dd is currently in reception (albeit only 2 weeks to go!) We did like North Heath - however, we will be living seriously close to Trafalgar! Do people automatically go on to Greenway - and if not ... where?

Ah - thanks, IMAF - that is so welcoming of you I'm from N Ireland originally, moved to London when I was 19 and now some ... ahem ....20 or so years later {{cough}} find myself moving to Horsham along with London born and bred dh! Am hopeful of a place at Trafalgar - the lady on the phone today was delightful - fingers crossed. We'll visit the school asap anyway on the offchance that a place might come up over the summer.

dh will also commute to London, am feeling slightly nervous about that but we'll just have to see how it goes. I'm from a small town originally and am looking forward to rejoining one I'll be the hassled one in an old pair of jeans chasing a recalcitrant 2 year old down the street (when he has managed to escape from the buggy!). Will look out for you
