Have they got their early learning goals if they get 6 points in each strand or do they have to get all 8.
My DS got his report yesterday and has got 8's in all areas except creative (he got a 7) and PSHE (got 7's - very quiet child) and got 1 9 in shape strand yet at the start of each area the teacher has said "* is making progress within the context of the early learning goals so i'm really confused." Has he got them or not? I am a teacher and don't get it so heaven help the other poor parents recieving reports.
I might add that i have ticked off the statements in his report against the EYFSP assessment reference sheet to get his scores as these weren't given in actual report.
