NFER scores - can anyone explain them!

I know that 100 is national average, but no idea how high or low they go.

Broadly speaking, around 70 would be very low and around 140 very high. Obviously these are the extremes and just a few children fall into these sorts of scores. Remember that you can't always rely on just one test / assessment result, make sure a broader picture of your child is considered too.
