Thick question about holiday authorisation sheet

So DS1+2 have some authorised time coming up, and I have the signed holiday sheet. Do I need to take it with me when we go away? Will I get stopped (by policemen) and asked to produce it?

Seriously?
No!

Yes seriously

Ok, I know I won't get stopped by policemen, but on the off chance, because we will still be in the UK.

I did say it was a thick question.

You'll be fine, esp this close to the end of term. A lot of private schools will have broken up already anyway.

Ooo I can pretend to be posh then

Thanks

Or pretend to be Scottish. They broke up today.

You'll be fine!

I have ginger children, can easily pull the whole scottish thing off.
