I am about to move house and could just afford the bit of North Finchley near Coppetts Wood. I see the secondary schools are excellent - Compton and Wren (although we are not religious) ? but the nearest secondary school - Summerside ? was, only 2 years ago, in special measures. Would I get my kids into any other local primaries, and which ones are any good? Bear in mind, my kids will be year 5 and year 1 in September, so I may have very little choice!
Or should we just move further out to East Barnet?
