I've just signed up and am about to swap our first lot of books. Is there supposed to be a form or something to go in the envelope with the books? Will they know that they are ours? Probably a silly question - sorry!

You just put the books in the envelope on their own and it works.I think from the barcodes on the back of the book it works a bit like a library and they know where the books are.

I did think the same though the first time, maybe they could put a note in saying, 'no form needed just put your books in'.

Just to say we've always had next lot arrive 2 days after we posted.

It worked! Books arrived 2 days later - impressed with the product and service so far....

First time today dh had to send the books back, and I let him know what he had to do (I was at work, and directed over the phone, to books, to envelope, to post box etc ) and he was questioning why there was no form, I assured him it wasn't necessary - he accused me of losing it (cheeky!!!)
