Does anyone have opinions on this school? We're looking at buying a house in the catchment for it, and its touted as a fantastic school. Looks appealing too...

The OFSTED report, however, rates it as a 3. I can't quite put it all together and understand the school as a 3.

Anyone have any experience or opinions on it?

Thats so much.

I live in the area and I know there is a new headteacher coming in September as the current one is apparently retiring. The new headteacher is coming from another local school (his first appointment as head) and is very highly regarded there so I am sure will be very good for the school. I have friends whose children go to WPP and they're largely happy with it, but are looking forward to having a new head in place.

It would be worth checking with the school how many of the intake at reception (assuming that is what you are looking at) were NOT siblings. You may be in the catchment, and indeed v close to that school, but if there is a siblings policy, you may not necessarily get a place.
