Badges for Book Club

I am starting a book club in DS's school and thought it might be a nice idea to give the children a badge with the initials of the club on it. Does anyone know where I can get these cheaply made? I know how I want them to look but am not sure I could show this on a computer which many badge companies seem to want.

Do you have any idea how much they charge for the button badges and whether they have to have a minimum order?
