Maths activity ideas needed for dh please!

Could all of you nice MN teachers help my DH please? He needs:
suggestions for maths activities based around the theme of Little Red Riding Hood, for the whole Primary phase.
It doesn't have to directly link to the story - do you know of any interactive activities online for example? He's doing some research but not getting very far so I said I'd harness the power of MN for him

Can't see it going down too well with Year Six, but he could enlist them to teach the younger children by getting them to devise a maths game for reception or Year one which teaches basic maths skills.
I was trying to think of some sort of algebra where n= number of cakes taken to granny but I can't make it work, sorry.

I was thinking perhaps plotting coordinates for a number of things she passes on her journey to granny's house...
