Camp night at school - tips and ideas please!

We are thinking of holding a family camping night at the school this summer and are looking for any tips, advice and ideas from anyone who has done this before.

No experience but I think it's a great idea.

Lovely idea. Hotdogs and marshmallows are a must I would think.

Ooh sounds fun. Something along the lines of a big treasure hunt/scavenger hunt. Plenty of games and activities.

Excellent questions from Cat, I'd also ask if the children will all be accompanied by parents. What happens if one wants to go home (our Brownie sleepover nearly collapsed when one wanted to go home at 10.30 followed by another then another....)
