KS1 Sats results

Can anyone please tell me when KS1 Year 2 SATS results come out? They are taking the exams in May.

The SAT results will not be reported to you at all. The teacher assessment, which is made up of many sources of evidence (a small part of which will be the tests), will be reported to you in July.

The final level will be the teacher assessment. There is no reason why you should want to see the test paper. It is (should) just be used to support the teacher assessment.

We can do the actual tests at any time between Jan and June. Our Y2 do them in mid-June - all the children's levels will be known by then from our assessments during the year, so it's pretty much just ticking the box that we've done them.

Actually, you can do them any time from September - not that I can think of a reason why you would! I used to use them in January sometimes, to inform the rest of my teaching that year, but that's the earliest I would ever use them, I think.
