I am in desperate need of inspiration...ds wants to dress as Sir Charlie Stinky Socks next Thursday for world book day...and apart from a blue cloak thing and wearing dads socks ( the stinky ones ) don't know what to put him in. Why do they do this to us? School not ds....help...please

Oh blimey, I see what you mean. Maybe just a blue 'knightish' looking costume with a sword? And the socks of course. When DS1 went as Horrendous Hiccup Haddock (or something) I made him a badge saying who he was in case people didn't realise
