i think its shortbread biscuit, then a layer of caramel, then chocolate on top. The thicker the caramel and chocolate the better. If I remember corectly from my school days!

He thought the Oxford Reading Scheme books were 'horrible' and wouldnt even look at them.. these he found acceptable for me to read to him..lol

Wellington Square is a readind scheme. I think it was used for less able readers...easy text, but more interesting content IYSWIM. My dyslexic son was on these books in years 5/6 at primary. He is mid 20s now so not a new scheme.
