i feel i need somewhere to offload

There is a reception thread which I have intruded (on the grounds that DD is starting nursery next week, but it is a mixed nursery/reception class so I think I can be there ).

Not sure there is one specifically for January starters though.

What would you like to offload? I have DS in Year 1 as well so am slightly second hand at school starting so to speak (although DD is my baby so am fearful of having great emotion....)

thanks, Im just feeling a bit odd about it. I am worried about whether ds is ready to start school. littl,e things like being able to get into his lunch feel a bit overwhelmed i suppose!!
