Jolly phonics for Q and Y?!

Help! Cant remember what the actions and sounds are for Q & Y!! Can anyone enlighten me please?! Thanks!

For Q you make your hands into a duck's beak, and for Y you pretend to eat a yummy yogurt. Does that help?

The sound for Q is 'kw, kw' and for Y is 'yuh' with as little 'uh' as possible!
