Hi

Would love dd to go to withington girls definitely at 11 but she could also sit the exam in January to go at 7. At present she's at a lovely prep school doing well but not been overly stretched.
Just wondered if anyone had experience and if all the girls who started at 7 got in at 11.
Would you move her now or keep[ her where she is till 11?

I went there! I didn't get in at 7 but got in at 11 - at the time all the junior girls got in to the secondary. Bear in mind though it's mega-academic even in the juniors so if DD likes the creative/sporty subjects she may find it too full-on at the moment. I did enjoy the school but because it's so academic there can be a lot of competitiveness...
