no idea, but if you can't have you thought of getting bigger and just taking them up?

I've found age 3 in M&S and Asda both with adjustable waist bands so might fit?

policywonk · 29/08/2009 19:19

M+S do age 3 ones - just about right for my smallish four-and-a-half year old.

thisisyesterday · 29/08/2009 19:19

age 3 at woolies.

nappyaddict · 29/08/2009 19:33

Tried M&S age 3 with adjustable waist band but too big so figured they'd be the same in Asda and Tesco too.

Next jean sytle school trousers are very slim and have adjustable waists. The legs can very easily be altered with wonder web. Its the only ones that fit DS school wear wise as he's tiny for his age.

Prosecco · 30/08/2009 10:10

My ds started in age 3, tbh I think that's the smallest size. But, as said before they have adjustable waists.

Have used M&s, Tesco and Sainsburys

My 5.8 year old still fits in to his age three M&S adjustable waist trousers. He's 16.5kg and 108cm.

A friend has said that BHS are quite small but I haven't tried them.

nappyaddict · 30/08/2009 11:19

Ooooh thanks i hadn't thought of BHS will try there.

HappyMummy can you link to the next ones please

The link is huge and cant figure out how to shorten on here for some reason. If you put Jean Style Trousers into the search box, its the first item at £6. You can pick colour from drop down box as not sure which one you're after and fit is standard.

Mumsnet came up trumps once again! BHS ones although still too big aren't massively so and should be able to turn them up easily.

Mothercare and M&S were mahoooosive.

Great! I'll know where to go when I next need some. Not likely for some time though.

thegrammerpolicesic · 01/09/2009 22:09

M&S sizes are always massive imho - apart from their polo shirts weirdly

Glad your sorted op.

thegrammerpolicesic · 01/09/2009 22:09

You're even - doh!

nappyaddict · 02/09/2009 12:21

Went to BHS again to get a few more pairs but they'd only get 1 pair left in his size. Went to Next and compared the BHS ones and they were exactly the same length and slightly skinnier in the leg so got some of those instead.
