Could I please have your top tips for kids who are really struggling with sound recognition/basic phonic skills? I have a few kids who have just come into my class who, despite a year in Reception and exposure to all the usual language teaching, are really struggling and who are noticably 'behind' the rest of the class. I have an hour per week out of class to help these three children as well as the rest of the time in class. All tips/links/recommendations welcome.
