finding a cotton school uniform

My ds starts school in September. He needs 100% cotton uniform (has eczema) - seems almost an impossible task to achieve. Trying to get a burgundy 100% cotton sweatshirt but can't find one anywhere. We've sorted the trousers and the shirts. Any ideas?

We have always used asda for cotton trousers/tops, I am not sure if they will have the colour you are after though.

My ds (just finishing Year 1) also has eczema (all over) and I agree, it is a nightmare finding 100% cotton uniform, particularly sweatshirts. In the end I asked school if they would let him wear 100% cotton v-necked jersey rather than the horrid acrylic itchy school uniform sweatshirt. They said yes straight away; in fact, they have been totally helpful and understanding throughout. So maybe talk to school if you still can't find one by the start of term.

Good luck!
