Any experience/knowledge of Orchard House school in Chiswick?

Having thought that we were not going to get a place at any private school in the area we received a call from Orchard House this morning with the news that we can have a place at Reception. We have looked round and quite liked it but TBH we would be charmed by any friendly little school.

Does anyone know anything about Orchard House? What is its reputation? What kind of families use it (our nanny said it is very cliquey)? How does it compare with other local schools? Any views would be very welcome.

I live in Chiswick, have looked at OH and have friends with children at OH.

Do you have a boy or girl? The reason why I ask is because it is principally a girls school (lovely one at that) which lets boys in until 7/8+.

There are lots of excellent state schools in Chiswick eg Belmontand why wouldn't there be in leafy Chiswick with all the Yummymummies. That said an Orchard House yummymummy is probably no more cliquey than a Belmont one.
