Teaching subtraction by decomposition?

Hi there,

I need to take a small group of 4 year 4 children tomorrow to teach them subtraction by decompostion introducing the concept of how to borrow when the larger number has a zero in it. ie. 400-234

Any ideas for an interesting activity to teach this?

I'm feeling a bit blank at the moment! Thanks
