So sad for my DD

Since Sept 4 children have left her class who were her friends. Two in the last month or two. She has come out of school today looking and a new child who joined about a fortnight ago is leaving tomorrow. They were paired together as her buddy left and here she is again....

She is 5.8

ah bless her, but 'tis all life's rich tapestry. She will be a pro at making friends for the rest of her life.

Why are they leaving.

Our DSs at a Prep have lost 6 friends this year and more due to leave at the end of the term. It s the credit crunch that is causing it.

I hope so as I am not.

So hard to see her so sad.

She is one of the youngest in her class (but one of two really bright ones ) but emotionally she is 5.

She is pretty different from the rest of the girls...

Two left as they were being bullied - apparently.

This new one is "going back to ***"

It is a state school.
