Can anyone tell me if a primary school has had Ofsted in to inspect the management and teaching of school. Will the report will published on the Ofsted site? Thanks.

you should get a copy sent home from the school, we did

Thanks gardeningmum... I'm pretty sure that won't be happening though.

ofsted will usually send out letter to parents too at the time of inspection (iirc). report usually on website within 2 weeks.

What SEA said

I think they HAVE to send the letter to parents. It's publicly available information and your right to have it

However, I think the head of school will get a far more detailed report outlining specific weaknesses, which have to be discussed with governors and acted on. I think this may name & shame or praise individuals, but I could be entirely wrong.

Thanks both.
My children are no longer this school btw. I removed them.
The inspection was about 6 weeks ago now, there's been no letter home according to friend and nothing on the website. I checked today.
Mmmmm. The school is definitely in trouble, so I wonder what's going on.

No - the school just gets what everyone sees. Although of course the inspector may discuss staff with the head. But they shouldn't need to - as the head should already know what the ofsted inspectors will say.
