Barnet School Offer

We haven't been offered any of our 3 choices

Spoke to the barnet people and we are 5th on waiting list of 2nd choice and 10th on 3rd choice. Need to call 1st choice on monday to get on their waiting list as it's done directly with school.

Do you think we have a good chance of getting into our 2nd choice? Should I also put my ds' name down for a school I don't want him to go to as backup

I'm nowhere near Barnet but being 5th sounds good to me

Lots of people are on several lists so the figures aren't necessarily as bad as they first seem. Hang in there. May still take a while though

Sorry you didnt get any of your choices. Id accept the school youve been offered while still trying to get into your preferred school. You may not get to the top of the waiting list by sept, but maybe later in the autumn term so at least your dc will have a school in sept
