My ds starts reception after easter..help!

Can anyone help? I went into the school two weeks ago and was told my ds starts after easter, they also mentioned a welcome morning for him. But thats all I know, do you think he starts immediately after the half term or am I waiting for a letter to confirm his first day?
I can't believe I'm so disorganised and they weren't really clear.

Ring the school? They will normally have someone there.

He will probably start immediately after Easter, but I imagine that you will get a letter.

Is it the same school his nursery is attatched to? just take him into nursery as usual if you are unsure.

I've tried ringing the school but no one is there - I did email them last week but got no response.
He doesn't go to the attached nursery. Maybe I'll send him to his nursery on the Monday and ring the school then to find out if he should have been there [dhmm]

Try the education dept at the local council? They should know.
