Education city quiz levels

Just wondering if anyone else has had a child try the new quizzes for year 2(particularly the maths ones). If you have, did your dc get the sort of level you expected? I am wondering if they are an accurate prediction or not.

Not sure, as DD's school doesn't really do levels and SATs as such, so no idea if results would be accurate.

DD has done the Maths one recently (quiz 2) and got level 3. She is pretty bright but def not G&T, etc. although Maths isn't her strongest area (she is more Literacy focused) I was pleasantly suprised as I know she lacks confidence in Numeracy at times, esp mental maths.

Thanks, I think that confirms what I suspected that the levels are a bit generous! DS got level 3 and it only took him 15 minutes of the 50 allowed.

yes - have yr 2 daughter and she completed with loads of time to spare (L3) so agree they are generous.
