Primary schools for Caversham Heights children

Hi - Is there anyone in the same position as us? We've just heard today that my twins haven't got a place at their catchment school - in fact 21 children who are "in catchment" haven't got a place, and our next nearest school has 9 in catchment without a place. So this is actually a full classroom of kids in Caversham (Reading) without a local school. I'd like to appeal and get Reading to create a new class for them at preferably Emmer Green school. So I need as many people as possible - and if there is anyone who was part of the successful appeal a few years ago to get another class into Caversham Primary I'd love the hear how you went about this.
