DD is trying to explain the differences to me and I am being completely thick. Have found vcop via google, but can't find anything except stuff about Learning Journey, rather than the actual content. Please help me. DD says she's on level 4 for pretty well everything (or maybe that was 4b - not sure).

Any links to the actual learning journeys themselves? And please tell me your thoughts on these things which are Greek to me. (DD's y5).

Im a teacher and have no idea what she means ! Learning journeys to me are used for Foundation children, basically a collection of their work, photos etc, no idea what they are for Y5 ! Level 4 is fine for Y5.

ds1 is yr 4 and uses vcop (vocab, connectives, openers, punctuation). I don't know anything about learning journeys though.

Look on sparklebox for vcop pyramids which show the levels. VCOP is a way of improving writing and aims to equate to NC levels.

If you google Ros Wilson you will find it. I have used the pyramids. It is to improve punctuation, vocabulary etc.

Thanks, I found the pyramid, but I can't find the Learning Journeys (they're to do with IPC I think).
