Anyone filled in a PLP on the achievements page?

hi have my sons personal learning plan home to do with him this week. there is a page on achievements thoughout the year and it has four categories
I was an effective contributor when:
I was an confident individual when:
I was a responsible citizen when:
I was a sucessful learner when:

really can't think of what to put in and wanted some ideas. can't think of any thing he has learnt to do out of school (no swimming badges yet ) and he's done brillently at reading but was trying to look at things out of school as that's already been covered. he's in P1

Any ideas?

Why do you have to do that then?

What age is p1?

think PLP's arew a scottish exec idea. you get it home a couple of times a term and the teacher highlights his objectives that he needs to work on letter formation, phonics etc and you add comments but now I need to do achievements too.

P1 is first year of school. he started in August and is nearly 6.

Gosh what a waste of time. Do any of the parents get competitive about their contributions?

I'd write
I was an effective contributor when: I contributed to the general chaos of my home, particularly my bedroom

I was an confident individual when: I answered my mummy back and refused to brush my teeth

I was a responsible citizen when: I took responsibility for all my school belongings and then left them in the park

I was a sucessful learner when: I learnt that if you put a whole egg and set it on high for 20 minutes it will blow up!

All successfully achieved by ds2 age 7!

What are is hobbies or interests?
Does he do any clubs or anything?
Does he help round the house?
Does he have siblings?
Has he learnt to ride a bike, skip, play football, etc?

I was an confident individual when: I first tried riding my bike without stabilisers.

I was a responsible citizen when: I put mine and mummy's rubbish in the litter bin at the park.

I was a sucessful learner when: I learnt to skip with a rope.

ha ha liked your better Ingles2 but sadly can't be used, not the mandarin.

Was thinking of the riding the bike but he did this before starting school. Was also thinking of picking up litter and helping with the recycling for citizanship and like the idea of confident indivual of trying to do something new. he does help around the house (makes his bed every am without being asked!) it's just trying to get it into the catogories. Thank Hulababy, have you had to do this before? I think they have it til they are 17 (or a new goverment!??) so should have got it by then!Don't mean to sound negative as actually really like the concept!

But at DD's school they do something similar regards achievements, although no same headings. When I was helping out last eyar I spent time with children doing the inschool stuff, and going through the out of school work they brought in.
