Are there any Y5 teachers around? Would you do me a favour?

DS is 10 with Asperger's and would be in Y5 but we've recently taken him out to home educate. He's always had a problem with creative writing and now I've got him using Story Wizard software so he can write in whatever order comes to him rather than Beginning Middle End as he has when he was expected to hand write.

He's just finished his first story and I'd like someone to have a look at it and tell me where I need to help him. There are great ideas but I can see his descriptive language could do with some work.

Would any Y5 MN teachers be willing to have a look through it and give some advice? It would mean giving me an email address to send it on.

Many thanks!

I am not a yr5 teacher, but a qualified teaching assitant with all the experience of the national curriculum. I would happily take a look if you dont get a yr5 teacher reply.

I teach year 5 music - so am no use to you, except to bump this up.

I'm a Y5 teacher and a Literacy co-ordinator, and I'd be happy to help
