Hi
I will try to keep this shot so here goes.
We are currently living in Switzerland. My DS is 6 and my DD 4. They attend the International school here at the moment where things are a little more laid back than the UK so my son will probably be a bit behind his peers in the UK. He is a very bright boy but gets very frustrated overflowing in to aggression. He is so far much better this school year but he was assessed in the summer and found to have ADHA leaning( too young to say for sure)
SO what school i best, state or private?State where he will get support where he needs it or private where classes are smaller so less distractions.

Not to mention the fact that as we have not found a house yet we cannot apply to any schools!!!!!!!

Its all driving me nuts! We looked quite a few schools which we liked but I am not there tohave my ear to the ground if you catch my drift!

A bit garbled but that's me!!
Any help welcome,

One of my godsons was at Barrow Hills,on the whole the school was ok,but his parents were certainly not impressed by the maths teaching and they felt they had to do chase things to get them done, however he made some great pals, and the Head is excellent.
It also got him into Charterhouse so everyone happy

I would recommend St James, Elstead - probably not the most academically pushy school, but it is a fantastic all round school with lots of individual attention given when needed. As it is a primary school, it is nice not to have to split up siblings into infant and junior schools. I am pretty sure they have spaces higher up the school.
