Just wondering if your nursery/reception teacher has a policy or preference re shoes i.e laces versus velcro?

If you were in charge of 20+ 4 yo dc, would you prefer them to have laces or velcro?

Exactly.

Velcro.

Velcro.

It's meant to be velcro, but has DD has such thin feet the only ones i could get in her size have buckles which she cannot do yet.

I'd go for velcro - why bother with laces if you don't need to. Most shops only sell them with velcro anyway.

School suggests "ones that your child can put on themselves easily. That'll be velcro then.
