What is complaint procedure in schools ....

Just wondered if anyone had experience of a schools complaints procedure ie: if you have an issue with member of staff or a certain incident. I know you go to head teacher initially, then the board of governors if no joy ? What happens if you are not happy with the outcome at that point?

Your school should be able to send you a copy of their complaints procedure - ask them for it.

If you google your local council's website you may well find more information there.

Good luck - not nice to have something worth complaining about when it's your kids education
