should I send him this afternoon he is 5 and in reception

No i wouldnt bother id just let him have a day at home to get over it properly.

Unless he does afternoons only then I would keep him at home until tomorrow morning.

I'm in the same situation, doc said he can go back if he's alright in himself which he is but when he coughs it sounds awful. I keep saying tomorrow he'll go then i hear him cough. He can't wait to go back, but he'll be for rest of week at this rate. I would keep im off too.
