Strange topic we thought. After some quizzing ds1 finally informed us that it was about lines through shapes. Ah, that'll be symmetry then

LOL! DD1 came home the other day and informed me that she had a new gerbil to write in every day.

And for this week's update from ds1's maths lessons, he came home to tell us that he knew the name for a shape with 12 sides. A double decker gone. (duodecagon) I guess you could say he missed the bus on that one.

My son today came home and told me his classmate had told him he wanted to hack his neck off, so he changed classes to year 4. I would really like to know what that was all about. (He is 6)
