Anybody doing or done the WEA parents helping in schools course?

I am in the process of doing it and it's really interesting.

However, I have to do a really short 'project' (only 1500 words) about a school realted subject and I have racked my brains but can't think of anything interesting. If you've done the course please could you tell me what your project was about to give my brain a kick start?

that should be school related, not school realted, doh.
