Was tempted to go in on Parents' Evening and tell her exactly what I thought of her (not that we haven't had several visits throughout the year...), but I don't think this would be to DD2's advantage.
I think DD2 will cope better with her, as she is more outgoing and confident and less likely to get upset when teacher gets "shouty", as she will stand up to teacher rather than dissolving into tears and getting so nervous that she can't concentrate on her schoolwork as DD1 does.
She very clearly doesn't like DD1 - she gets no praise whatsoever - eg a project which she spent ages researching and doing very neatly only received the comment "watch your punctuation". She's also the only child in the class not to have received a merit card all year (they are pinned up in school reception).
Maybe I'll just say something like, I hope DD2 has a better year with her than DD1 has.
