When do your children finish school for the summer holidays?

Hello, we have a number of inset days w/c 20th July and im wondering if that would be a good time to take the kids to a theme park before it gets bonkers busy for summer, so please tell me, when do your kids finish school for their summer holidays? Thanks!

My kids last day is wed 22nd, but it might help if you say what area the theme park is in
otherwise our last day might not help you at all.

My kids finish on Wed 22nd too, but loads of their friends at other schools fi is the Friday before. And that’s all in our local area.

Leicestershire as a county have already finished to my knowledge, most schools break up circa 8th July.

Many children have already finished, private schools, Scottish schools and whole regions - they finish on Tuesday here. Go if you want but don’t expect it to be quiet

I don’t think theme parks are quiet after around mid June when GCSEs finish.

Ours finished on 8th July but most schools here seem to finish on 17th July.

We finish on the 17th and have inset days on the 20th and 21st. In Surrey.

24th; seems really late.

Last year before we started school we went to Paultons in that last week before schools break up and it was heaving with school trips! Lesson learned

My kids finished on the last Friday in June

My dd finishes on Tuesday 14th July

Thura 23rd. I'm surprised so many English schools are earlier, apart from Leicester which is always a week or two ahead.

London. We finish on the 17th (LA school) but some of the academies near us are finishing on the 24th. I think the Aug BH being so late has caused a bit of a split this year.

30th of June.

Year 7 but he broke up on Friday. A lot of the private schools will already be off, and Scottish schools finished a while ago.

One school is the 16th one is the 17th and other school is 21st
