Relocating to Whitton 2026 - Feedback on schools and area

Hi everyone,
My husband and I are in the process of relocating from North London to Whitton and have recently been visiting a few schools in the area. We really liked Chase Bridge, but would love to hear any opinions, experiences, or general feedback from other parents.
We have two children. my daughter is currently in year3 and my younger child will be starting reception this September. We haven’t applied for schools yet as we’re still waiting to exchange, but we’re trying to gather as much information as possible in the meantime.
Does anyone have recommendations for other good primary schools in the Whitton or Twickenham area?
Also, as we’re new to the area, any advice or tips about living in Whitton or Twickenham would be really appreciate. Anything we should know as newcomers?
Thanks so much in advance!

St Marys CoE Twickenham is a really good school. I have my younger one studying there.

Be aware that they are going through an amalgamation with another school and it seems to not be the place it used to be according to local people. The new headmaster seemed disinterested and gave a talk wearing his workout clothes.
