Hello

I am the mother of a 10 year old and my child was bullied in Millenium primary School. He was called names and belittled in class and play ground multiple times and this has been going on for months.
The worst part is ---teachers' attitude was immensely rude and callous so it served to promote the bullying instead of discouraging. He was shouted at for raising his concerns with the teacher and was instead branded as difficult. My son has SEN needs, I am so traumatised by the way the school has handled the bullying and to think the very teachers who were meant to help, turned so cold and manipulative to save their image, is shocking.

I wrote numerous emails to the school and they never responded Instead my child was pulled up the class teacher and targeted. I am thinking of changing the school as it has created a lot of distress to our family as a whole. The management is very cold and indifferent to students needs. The school has recently been downgraded from outstanding to good and serves it right.

I just wanted to post my experience here so parents are aware of what's going on in the school.

Definitely change him! Poor thing he has all my sympathy and I hope he can rebuild his trust in a better environment! You could also report everything to the board of trustees and/or Ofsted.

Yep, heard similar stuff from other parents
We are looking for a school for DS and had to strike millenium off from our list.

Take a look at this report from the local papers where a nursery pupil wandered off from the school (very close to a busy road😥)

Nursery let my toddler, 3, wander out onto road on her own - she could have died

A TERRIFIED dad said his toddler is lucky to be alive after she walked out of nursery unchecked on just her third day in.  Mia Ellen, three, was found waiting alone at a nearby bus stop with h…
