Any Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton parents here?

Hi everyone,

Are there any parents from Wolverhampton who could help please? Specifically in the Tettenhall Wood area.

We’re deciding between Christ Church Infant School and Woodthorne Primary School for our child to start nursery in September.

Any parent have experience of either school? Or perhaps chose one over the other for any reason?

They are both lovely schools. I think either would be good. One factor might be whether you want a church school or not?

Thank you for replying! So we’re not Christian but I feel that learning about faith and having good values instilled, can’t do any harm?

We know someone locally who sent their daughter to Woodthorne. Based on that fact that the school is located amongst bigger than average houses, and they thought “better” families would be sending their children there.

Personally just want our child to go to a good school and make lovely friends. I’m glad to know you think both are lovely schools, makes me feel like we won’t make a wrong decision either way.
