Looking at Bowdon preparatory school. We would love our daughter to get a spot at grammar school. Obvs easier said than done. Does anyone know how hard the girls are pushed to pass the 11+. I attended a through school so didn't have this pressure..... Also is this a good school?? Many thanks

You can ask them how many go on to grammar school.
Have a look at Lady Barn House School in Cheadle. It’s great!

We are towards knutsford so Cheadle is a bit of nightmare on the roads from here!

Ah then look at Terra Nova in Holmes Chapel, that’s great too

We thought Bowdon would be a good choice if she got a place at Alt gram she would most likely have friends from Bowdon there with her......
