Hi parents - anyone know of any primary schools with forest school options in London? I am open to moving anywhere to find the right school option for my now 2 year old.

Private or state fine

Ones I have found:
St Michael’s CofE school Highgate
St Dunstan’s in SE London
Our Lady Lourdes school Wanstead

all ideas welcome! Would love to have my child in a primary that offers 1-2 days a week Forest classroom for reception, year 1 and year 2. Open to moving anywhere, commuting to Oxford st and Canary wharf.

If you have this curriculum in your area and local school please leave a comment!

Thanks everyone!

OLOL offers a bit of forest school but it’s not what you say! So do nearby schools - Aldersbrook, and St Saviours in Walthamstow

in practice the state curriculum is quite packed so you won’t get 1-2 days I think in a state school.

Liberty Woodland School in Morden. I don't know much about the school, but it's a pri ate school offering an alternative curriculum with lots of time outdoors.

Quite a few schools in Leyton / Leytonstone area. Davies Lane, Riverley, Willow Brook, from the ones I remember. Barclay is looking to develop this as well (not sure of the timeline). It's not 1-2 days though, more like half-day a week at best, I think? OLOL is once a month.
