Auction Site for PTA Summer Fair

Would love to hear any recommendations for online auction site for PTA events or similar. I'm helping to plan our primary school's summer fair and we're holding a silent auction. We'll have bid sheets on the day but would like to make sure people who aren't there can still bid and bid beforehand.
Any suggestions for sites to use which are ideally free and easy to use / manage and can be combined with people bidding at the event itself? Thanks

Why not publicise what the prizes are and say that sealed bids will be accepted two days before the event. Then all you need to do is open the envelopes, make a list of the bids for each item in ascending order and have them to hand when the auction is inprogress. If they are outbid too bad, if not they win. Make it clear that sealed bids are accepted on the understanding that a winning bid is final.

I think this is what our primary school did - allowed people to submit sealed envelopes with their bids beforehand if they couldn’t make it in person. The envelopes were opened early, and I think the highest offer for each item was put as the starting bid on the silent auction sheets (otherwise someone there on the day might think they've won only to have been secretly outbid).

We used 32auctions.com. Worked really well.

We did this.. and rather than have paper bids at school we posted qr codes at the fair and let the site do all the hard work.
