First timer here. I applied for my kid's reception start for 2025 as soon as the application window opened (5/10/24). I also sent the address proof to [email protected] in the format they requested on 14/10/24. I received an automated reply saying they will endevour to respond the same day. I am assumed that I will not be personally responding to every single proof of address email and didn't follow up. But with the offer day less than a month away, I am getting a bit anxious if Birmingham council should have confirm that my address proof was accepted and attached to my kid's application.
I haven't received any further emails from them asking for address proof and my kid's goes to nursery in Birmingham and get the 15hr free childcare.
So just asking here if anyone got any special communication from the council and if so, I will probably chase them to see that my address proof is accepted.
