Hello everyone, I'm looking at moving to Harrogate form Ripon. Does anyone have any insight into these 2 primary schools please? My eldest is at St John Fisher already.

Well obviously St Robert's is Catholic, so it depends how important that is to you. I know people with kids at both and both are happy with them . Outlands is split into Infants and Juniors. If they are going to SJF anyway, more will go from St Robert's. Assuming you are in the catchment for Outlands it's a choice between local friends now or friends who are likely to go to the same secondary.

Oatlands Infants head teacher is amazing - he has sourced so much funding for the school. The community at oatlands (both schools) is fab. Parking is dreadful at both schools. I liked the fact that the schools were split (but do come together) but you'll be joining the other parents in the Collect your Older Children Dash at the end of the day 🙌
